App Platform Backup is a private utility intended for authorized backup and disaster-recovery operations.
Authorized use
The service may only be used with Google accounts and infrastructure explicitly authorized by their owner or administrator.
Service purpose
Google Drive integration is used solely as an encrypted off-site backup destination for platform backup archives.
Security
Reasonable technical controls are applied to protect backup files, credentials, and authorization tokens. Operators remain responsible for protecting their Google account and recovery credentials.
Availability
The service is provided for internal operational use and does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party infrastructure or Google services.
